Sandy Gilman - BROKER/REALTOR® is honored to own Oconee Management Group, which has been proudly serving the Lake Country since 2013. As a realtor, she has represented clients in buying, selling and leasing homes in the Lake Country for over 10 years. She measures her success by the level of her clients satisfaction, the number of referrals and the repeat business she receives. Although her primary focus has been residential sales, she enjoys the fulfillment of bringing landlords and tenants together.

To Sandy, being a REALTORⓇ is not a job; it is her passion! She loves the feeling of gratitude that she gets when helping her clients find the perfect place to call home. In her 11 years of real estate experience and 10+ years of retail sales management, she has always worked hard to serve her customers, exceeding their expectations. Today, this philosophy has carried over into her real estate business and is at the heart of every success.

In addition to being the Broker/Owner of Oconee Management Group, she continues to work as an Associate Broker at Drake Realty Lake Area. This allows her to help clients with all their real estate needs including listing their investment property for sale and helping them grow their portfolio.

On a personal note, Sandy grew up in the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. She spent many weekends full of happy memories spending time with family and friends when her parents bought a home on Lake Sinclair in the 80’s. She says, “There is something magical about the peace and solitude you find at the lake. All the problems and stress just melt away!”

After graduating from Riverdale High School, she attended the University of Georgia where she was a very proud member of the Redcoat Marching Band, playing the trumpet. After 2 years at UGA, she transferred to Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA, where she graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.

Sandy feels blessed to live on Lake Oconee with her wonderful husband, Bo, and their beautiful, intelligent daughter, Cheyenne. Cheyenne is a junior at Lake Oconee Academy who is working on her real estate course, herself. Sandy and Bo’s son, Zach, who lives and works in Lake Oconee. Zach is exploring a career in music production. Sandy’s mom, Bette, splits her time between Sandy’s lake house and her own. Sandy would not be where she is today without the love and support of her family.
